Empower Your Child with Healthy Habits

We are committed to helping children establish healthy habits early on through our comprehensive Grow Healthy program. By promoting balanced nutrition and physical activity, we lay the foundation for a lifetime of wellness and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. 

We have set specific goals to achieve this, such as ensuring 1-2 hours of physical activity daily (including outdoor play!) and limiting screen time to 30 minutes weekly at school and 1-2 hours daily at home. 

Our beverages include water, with no sugar-sweetened drinks allowed, and low or nonfat milk for children ages 2 and over. We also support breastfeeding mothers by allowing them to provide milk and breastfeed during school time.
