Our teachers are guided by values of respect, intention, and a strong image of the child. They are dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for your child’s growth and development.
Highly Qualified Educators
Our full-time classroom teachers are highly qualified, having met all state requirements in Maryland to work with young children. We also provide opportunities for our teachers to pursue further qualifications, such as the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential®, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Supportive Leadership
Each Preschool Center has a dedicated Assistant Director who actively mentors and supports the teachers. This unique role allows for excellent communication with staff and families, ensuring the implementation of quality learning experiences rooted in our philosophy.
Education Management
At every center location, there is a Center Director (CD) who works closely with the Assistant Directors and all teachers from Infant Care to Pre-K. Along with supporting daily operations, the CD’s primary role is to ensure the highest quality of learning experiences through intentional interactions, environment choices, documentation, planning support, and materials.
